A well-run organization starts at the top. President & CEO Miguel Suarez, along with Treasurer & CFO Filomena Homem, our founding owners, bring a wealth of experience and ideas, as well as a results-oriented approach.

They actively manage all facets of the organization and are available and at your service. ACP maintains high standards of excellence for all of our 2500-plus-strong team members.

An extensive training program is in place for new team members and updated training and orientations take place for all team members on a regular basis.
